14th Air Support Operations Squadron Facility
Fort Stewart, Georgia
U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Savannah District
Two facilities, comprising an Electronics Maintenance Facility/Administration/Education Building and a Vehicle Storage (HUMVEE) and Maintenance Facility, with a total size of approximately 40,000 square feet, were constructed on a 6-acre site. The project involved various tasks including demolition, clearing, site grading, and the installation of utilities such as electrical, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and potable water. Additionally, concrete curbing, asphalt roads, parking lots, structural elements like concrete, steel, and masonry, standing seam roofs, metal studs with drywall, electrical work, data communications, HVAC systems (boilers, chiller, vav boxes), fire suppression systems, finishes, fixtures, furniture, and equipment were included in the project.

DLMs team members were chosen based on their exceptional past performance to offer services to the United States Marine Corps under a Selective Service Act (50 U.S.C. App 468) DO-C2 contract. This specific contract is typically awarded during times of war or when war is imminent. Every aspect of the contract was executed with high efficiency, contributing significantly to our nation's overall state of preparedness.

Constructed a new approx 70,000 sf four story exposed architectural concrete facility.
University of Alabama at Birmingham- Campbell Hall
Construction Manager
Completed a two story, 50,000 sf addition to an existing two story research facility while it was 100% occupied. Construction included four stairwells and two elevator shaft extensions. Project was located in downtown Birmingham with minimum construction area.
