Two facilities, comprising an Electronics Maintenance Facility/Administration/Education Building and a Vehicle ​Storage (HUMVEE) and Maintenance Facility, with a total size of approximately 40,000 square feet, were ​constructed on a 6-acre site. The project involved various tasks including demolition, clearing, site grading, and ​the installation of utilities such as electrical, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and potable water. Additionally, ​concrete curbing, asphalt roads, parking lots, structural elements like concrete, steel, and masonry, standing ​seam roofs, metal studs with drywall, electrical work, data communications, HVAC systems (boilers, chiller, vav ​boxes), fire suppression systems, finishes, fixtures, furniture, and equipment were included in the project.

Upgrading an existing facility and constructing a new ​approximately 4000 square foot Auditorium/Briefing ​Facility located directly on the flight line at Keesler AFB, MS.
